BWE Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

AM Drop-off

  • Students are not permitted to enter the building until 8:50 AM.
  • Students should remain in their vehicles until faculty members greet and direct them to enter the building.

PM Pick-up

  • Students will be dismissed at 3:25 PM.
  • Please arrive for dismissal no earlier than 3:10 PM.

Safety Reminders

  • Faculty will greet and direct students and parents/guardians for Drop-Off (AM) and Pick-Up (PM).
  • When leaving drop off or pick up, please circle back through the traffic loop passed the gymnasium and stop at the "T" in the road as buses will travel down the road in the Bus Lane.

Do not pass cars in front of your vehicle in the traffic loop!!!
